In short, Lexio automates analysis and tells the story hidden in Salesforce data in real-time, easy-to-understand language. So when Narrative Science tasked us with positioning Lexio as an industry leader in data storytelling, we jumped on the opportunity to launch the brand in a way that was simultaneously transformative and approachable. From strategy to stationery, we worked to humanize the Lexio AI through playful illustrations and a quippy, straightforward tone.

To add approachability with a touch of whimsy, we made use of illustrated characters who help guide the user through what would normally be an intimidating world of data.
We created a logomark that simultaneously made use of the “i” in Lexio, while also giving a subtle nod to the zeroes and ones behind every piece of data.
For the brand unveiling at the 2020 Dreamforce Expo, we produced a collection of lively uniforms and giveaways that would make a splash on the trade show floor.
