The Minte is a hotel-style housekeeping service for your apartment rooted in the belief that a clean space makes for a clear mind. They came to us with a goal of expanding their business by partnering with additional high-end apartment complexes who would offer The Minte’s services as part of their amenities package. To this end, we helped them launch marketing tactics—from a new website to a brand video—that would forge these new partnerships.

Streamlining resources, we shot video and photo simultaneously to build an image library and overview video for The Minte that would have both a big impact and a long shelf life.
